Your tasks

  • From offer to delivery note, you create all relevant documents for the optimal processing of customer orders
  • You serve as first contact to our customers – whether by e-mail or on the telephone
  • You coordinate the delivery time together with our shipping department and you commission the relevant service providers
  • The sales team relies on your support for generating reports, analyses and metrics

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training (e.g. in office management, industrial clerk, etc.) and have been able to gain initial professional experience
  • On the telephone, in person or by e-mail – you enjoy communicating with diverse interlocutors and your friendly, engaging manner is convincing
  • You have business fluent negotiating skills in German and are fluent in English
  • The world of the Office bundle is no hurdle to you? Perfect!
