  • Well-versed organiser: You schedule, organise and document your appointments independently and support our in-house team in the internal implementation and follow-up of the projects – so you always keep an overview.
  • On-stage performer: Trade fair, in-house training or presentation – you are at ease on any sales stage, your communication is centred on your customers and binding – both inbound and outbound.
  • Market expert: You always have an ear to auscultate your destination market and are a step ahead of our competitors to achieve our growth targets.
  • Strategic mind: Closely cooperating with the Head of Sales, you develop a strategy for your area, providing your stimulus and ideas to surpass our intentions

Your profile

  • Your skills: You look back on a couple of years in sales as a field representative, chiefly for products requiring explanations, and you have a sensor for the requirements, needs and intentions of customers.
  • Your bases : Your thorough technical education or a technical degree combined with your expertise in energy management are evidence of your sales intuition.
  • Your humour: You are aware of the difference between current, voltage and resistance, and the Modbus is not a vehicle.
  • Your communication: Negotiating skills in German and conversational English are natural to you.
  • Your attitude: Documentation, analyses and reports are not a necessary evil, but lay the foundation of your work.
