Today, we have Nadine Peters in our interview!
Nadine has been with us since April as an administrative assistant.
She answered a few questions on her personality and her tasks at solvimus:
Nadine, describe yourself with a song title:
- ‚Courage‘ by Alexa Feser
This song describes my attitude to life very well. It deals with self-reflection, one own’s path and the courage to always get up once more than you fall. This is very inspiring.
Work is but half of the lifetime. What is your favourite leisure-time activity?
I like painting and find my balance in sports and my voluntary work in an animal shelter. Time permitting afterwards, one can find me in the free nature!
Why did you decide for solvimus, and what left a positive impression at first contact?
I had contact already at my previous position within Sebastian Bauer, one of the executive directors, and the team in manufacturing. This has always been very respectful and constructive. This prompted me to read on social media what solvimus is up to, got curious, took my chance and applied. The prior positive impression persisted in the job interview and I wanted to join the team. Luckily, I was successful!
Tell us about your tasks with us! What is a typical workday for you?
I developed a daily routine within the first weeks and first inspect the premises, whether everything is in order and clean. Then I look through the mail and my To-Do-list, and determine my tasks for the day with Sarah, and how I can support her.
What do you like most at solvimus? What is not so marvellous?
I adore being creative and having diverse tasks, and doing something different almost every day. This ranges from marketing support to documentation and employee loyalty.
Shortly after I started, I got my first own projects on my heart topic: sustainability.
(thinking) If something negative comes to my mind, I’ll let you know?
How do you explain your mother what you are doing at solvimus?
All of them, without exception, are family-oriented and have their hearts in the right place. Everyone is backing the mission of the company and one has the impression that they enjoy being part of the team.

To sum up, how would you describe the solvimus GmbH as employer to your friends?
solvimus is a modern, honest employer that makes many things possible for the people in the team. The communication is frank and transparent. Appreciation by the company management is reflected in the many benefits and small gifts that are always given in between. You meet as equals and are accepted for who you are.
